Ripple is a clean energy ownership platform. It enables part ownership of onshore wind farms to supply homes with clean, low cost electricity.

I previously worked with Ripple in 2018-19 to evolve their brand identity and provide a range of marketing designs for a successful investment campaign. My designs for this campaign went on to be selected as a leading example by Seedrs and led to an initial funding round of 114%, raising close to £1m of investment.

For Ripple’s branding, I focused on implementing a recognisable mark: the Ripple wave. This evolved proposal of the Ripple Wave has matured in form to visualise wind-flow and the letter ‘R’ for added brand impact, to be applied across a wide variety of media, adapting in scale to accommodate content. An updated colour palette accompanies this to achieve a modernised iteration of a well-respected brand identity.

I provided a suite of treated imagery that brought consistency to the brand, as well as a new website design, social media templates and marketing material containing illustration, imagery and iconography as part of a wider brand toolkit.

These designs showcase our latest evolution of the brand and an updated proposal to Ripple of how previous designs could be evolved to achieve a relevant identity within their unique landscape.
